We provide home healthcare services

We help in caring for people at home who have chronic conditions, such as respiratory diseases, diabetes and Parkinson’s disease, in cooperation with medical teams. Around the correct use of the medical device, we provide personalised care (unique combination of human and digital) which brings the support each patient needs when they need it.Thanks to our teams of multidisciplinary experts (pharmacists, nurses, nutritionists and technicians), we aim to enhance  patients’ autonomy and quality of life, improve their adherence to treatments and prevent their risk of relapse or re-hospitalisation.

  • Our technicians and nurses provide a personalized service for medical devices used in the treatment of chronic diseases. Our medico-technical services include training for patients, caregivers and healthcare profesionals in the use of the medical device, advice and human support to ensure proper compliance with therapy, and technical monitoring of the equipment provided.

  • Visiting patients at home or monitoring them remotely via the development of digital tools tailored to their profile and needs, technicians and nurses focus as much on improving clinical conditions as on patients' experience of their therapy and their quality of life.
